Where do you ship to?
Vintage Magnality ships within the US and to most other places where UPS or DHL are operating. If we do ship outside of the US, all duties, customs, import taxes and fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. Vintage Magnality is not responsible for these fees. There are NO RETURNS on deliveries made or attempted to outside of USA, they are final sales.
To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Vintage Magnality does not ship orders to post office boxes, however, we do accept post office box addresses for your billing needs.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, we offer FREE local delivery to the 60045 and 60044 zip codes. Please select this option at check-out under shipping. Leave your cell phone number so we can contact you for further communication. Processing times can take 0 to 48 business hours for stocked items. Please message me at 702-336-0066 to communicate about your local delivery details.
What are the shipping rates and timelines?
Enjoy FREE ground shipping on ALL US shipped orders! Shipping timelines will vary by carrier and circumstances (weather, holiday volume, COVID, etc.). You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking number so you can track your order at any time. If you are shipping outside of the US, select your preferred carrier and service available at checkout.
You may choose an expedited shipping option at checkout, prices will be listed for each option.
We do not guarantee shipping times by third party carriers.
Is signature required upon delivery?
ALL ORDERS WILL REQUIRE SIGNATURE AT DELIVERY! (carriers have different policies during COVID)
UPS's COVID update: In the interest of employee and customer safety, UPS's Signature Required guidelines are temporarily being adjusted such that consignees will no longer need to sign for UPS Signature Required deliveries. Despite this adjusted process the driver will still need to make contact with the consignee. The consignee must, at the time of delivery, acknowledge that UPS is making a delivery and, if applicable, show government issued photo ID.
If you sign up through UPS for their UPS My Choice service, you can always redirect your package to a UPS customer center online if you'll be unavailable at the shipping address you selected.
FedEx's COVID update: If you are home at the time of delivery, Fedex will simply ask for your first and last name as a form of signature and leave the package or leave the package at the doorstep should the area be declared as a safe area by the courier.
To avoid missed FedEx deliveries, sign up for FedEx Delivery Manager to request to hold your package at a FedEx location for you to pick up. If you already missed a delivery and received a door tag, make sure to follow the instructions on the door tag to ensure your delivery is made on the next attempt. You must sign in person for adult or direct signature requirements.
Vintage Magnality is not responsible for delays caused by third party shipping providers for any shipping options.
How long are processing times and when will your oder be shipped?
All vintage orders take up to 24 business hours to process, then please allow 4-5 business days for shipping (but may be longer due to COVID or busier times of year). Items ordered together may not always ship together.
Items from our Storyteller line will show whether they are in stock or not, if they are in stock, orders take up to 48 hours to process, then please allow up to 4-5 business days for delivery. If they are not in stock, then our website will tell you how long to expect for your item to be made. Please message me with any questions at any time, 702-336-0066. You will receive an email communication when your item has shipped.
Expedited shipping for Storyteller pieces, is possible if the item is in stock and can be selected also for Made-To-Order items but please understand this does not speed up the manufacturing process of your piece, just the shipping time.
