What's your return and exchange policy?

Hassle-Free Returns for qualifying items!

We have a 5 day unconditional return policy for qualifying items shipped to a USA address.  Any purchases that were delivered to an international or outside of USA are non-returnable. The return window begins on the day the package is delivered.  If for any reason, you don't love your purchase, just email us at info@vintagemagnality.com by the end of the 5th day of receipt (i.e. If package is delivered on a Friday, you need to email us by end of day Tuesday) and we will be happy to email you a fully insured, free return shipping label, to use to send back your purchase.  Please use original packaging external and internal to return shipment.

Once you receive the return shipping label from us via email, you have 5 days to ship the package to be eligible for a return.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges for any pieces. 

If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment or call us immediately at 702-336-0066.  Please retain all packing materials unless instructed otherwise by Vintage Magnality.  Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within 5 days of receipt or your order. Vintage Magnality is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments.

Final Sale Items

Customized (including sized rings), Personalized, Monogramed & Made-To-Order items, and ANY International deliveries (outside of USA) are not eligible for a return at any time and are final sales, no refunds will be given for these types of items. 

Other Products 

All returns must be:

  1. Unworn
  2. Have no signs of wear or damage
  3. In its original condition with tags still attached (if any)
  4. In all original packaging (external shipping box, internal box, and pouch included and any included documentation)
  5. Must be shipped within 5 days of receiving the emailed return shipping label

Please return your order back to us in the original packaging it came in, or smaller, no oversized or large boxes will be accepted as this increases shipping rates.  Vintage Magnality will not be responsible for increased fees due to large packaging and reserves the right to deduct additional shipping fees from the refunded amount when applicable.  Should the returned item not meet all of the above return guidelines, Vintage Magnality has the right to deny a return and have the item re-shipped to customer.

Vintage Customers  

We kindly ask that you read each listing thoroughly and look at every picture and zoom in on each picture, before you purchase.  We do our best to display accurate pictures and descriptions of all of our items.  Our vintage pieces, which have been loved by someone before you are not in "new" condition.  Most have imperfections that adds to their charm, history and story. 

How much is the return shipping fee?

Free! Yes, the return shipping fee is Free!  Please note your original shipping fee (if you paid one) is not refundable and will be deducted from the refundable amount.

When will I receive my refund?

From the day your return package is delivered to our location, it takes up to 5 to 10 business days to inspect and process.  Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email notice on the return!

How is refund processed?

Please note that Vintage Magnality cannot issue a refund to a method of payment that is different from the one used to place the order.  After you receive our email confirming a refund, depending on your bank it will take 5-10 business days for the fund to show on your end.  If you used PayPal for payment, you will receive notification from PayPal once a refund has been made back to your PayPal account.  It may take 5-10 business days for you to see the fund on your bank account.
